Ayla is a 2021 graduate of Springs Valley Jr./Sr. High School. She continued her education at Ivy Tech Community College, earning a Technical Certificate in Business Administration in May 2024. She is currently pursuing her Associate Degree in Business Administration to further expand her knowledge and skill set.

She began her career with Springs Valley Bank & Trust Company in 2022 as a Personal Banker. In 2023, she transitioned into an Administrative Assistant role, and in 2024, she was promoted to Marketing & Executive Coordinator. In this role, Ayla supports both executive leadership and marketing initiatives, contributing to the bank’s internal operations and public outreach.

Ayla lives in French Lick, Indiana, with her husband, Gabe, and their sons, Greyson and Henry. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, baking, and spending quality time with her family.
