Haley Bertram

Assistant Banking Center Manager

Haley is a graduate of Bedford North Lawrence High School, Class of 2015. She received an associates degree from Ivy Tech Community College in 2017, then attended Indiana University pursuing a bachelor's degree in English.

Haley started at Springs Valley in 2024 as a Personal Banker. She was promoted to Assistant Banking Center Manager in January 2026. Before starting her career at Springs Valley, Haley worked as a teller from 2021 to 2024 at another financial institution.

Haley believes that providing customers with friendly and accurate service should be the number one priority for herself and her co-workers. She strives to ensure every customer feels welcome the moment they walk in the door.

Haley lives in English, Indiana with her husband, Evan, and her son, Elliott. She is a member of Rock Springs Church in Valeene, Indiana. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her family, read, and crochet.
