An interactive teller machine, or ITM, from Springs Valley combines the convenience of an ATM with the personal touch of a bank professional. Through our ITMS, you can interact one-on-one with a Virtual Personal Banker through real-time video, performing virtually every transaction you normally enter the banking center to do.

• Deposits: Bring your cash. Bring your checks. Just don’t bring change – use our coin counter for that.
• Withdrawals: Need cash? Let us know how much.
• Transfers & Payments: Transfer money between accounts. Make a payment on a loan or credit card. We’ll make it happen.
• And More: With the exception of rolled coin or cashier checks, our Virtual Personal Bankers can do just about anything to assist you with your banking needs.

Important Info to Help with your Transaction

• You do not need a debit/credit card to use the ITM.
• You will speak with an actual Virtual Personal Banker, who can see, hear & help you.
• Our Virtual Personal Bankers are Springs Valley staff members.

• Ask to enter your account number via number pad.
• Use the chat feature to type to communicate with us.

A Virtual Personal Banker will be available at the ITM Monday – Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., and Saturday, 7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., all ET. Not only can you complete transactions with the assistance of a Virtual Personal Banker, but you can also use the ITM as an ATM. This allows customers to access the machines 24/7. When our Virtual Personal Bankers are not staffing the ITM, it can be used as an ATM.
