Megan is a 2002 graduate of Pike Central High School. She has completed several programs through the Indiana Bankers Association, including Mortgage Lending School in 2016, the Leadership Development Program in 2022, and Commercial Lending School in 2023—demonstrating her ongoing commitment to professional growth in the banking industry.

She joined Springs Valley Bank & Trust Company in February 2015 and specializes in Commercial, Conventional, Construction, and Government loans. She brings over 22 years of customer service experience, including 10 years with Springs Valley and 12 years as the owner of her own business in Jasper. Megan prides herself on delivering the outstanding service clients expect from a premier banking partner and works to build lasting relationships by earning the trust and business of every customer she serves.

Megan lives in Ireland with her husband, Adam, and their three bonus children: Reagan, Gavin, and Cayden. She is actively involved in the community, serving as Treasurer of the Builders Association of Dubois County, a member of the Memorial Hospital Foundation Business & Industry Committee, and a volunteer with Junior Achievement. In her free time, Megan enjoys golfing and traveling with her family.
