Natalie is a lifelong resident of Washington, Indiana, and serves as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Springs Valley Bank & Trust Company. With a background in insurance, real estate, accounting, and over 20 years managing a law office, she brings a well-rounded perspective to home lending. She studied accounting at Indiana University and earned her degree summa cum laude in Electronics-Networking from Vincennes University. Natalie has also held an Indiana real estate license and Title Producer license.

Active in her community, Natalie has served on numerous local boards including the WestGate@Crane Authority, Daviess County Visitors Bureau, White River Military Coordination Alliance, and currently serves on the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission. She is also Treasurer for both Washington Community Concerts, Inc. and Habitat for Humanity of Daviess County.

Natalie and her husband, Judge Gregory A. Smith, have three sons and one grandson. She enjoys reading, traveling, and being involved in her church, Our Lady of Hope. Natalie finds joy in helping clients achieve homeownership and says her favorite part of the job is seeing big smiles at the closing table.
