Destinee Conrad

Destinee is a 2015 graduate of Pike Central High School. She went on to study Psychology and Sociology at the University of Southern Indiana. She joined Springs Valley Bank in November 2022 as a Personal Banker and, moved into the role of Universal Banker in January 2026. In this role, she enjoys traveling between multiple banking centers and connecting with a variety of communities and customers.

Destinee loves meeting customers and learning their stories. She strives to make banking simple and stress‑free for every person she assists. One of her favorite parts of her job is witnessing how strongly local businesses support one another and seeing genuine friendships form through customer connections.

Destinee resides in Otwell with her husband, Dakoda, and their son, Dexter. She has a deep appreciation for her community and actively supports growth within both Dubois and Pike counties. She currently serves on the Pike County Youth Softball/Baseball Board. Outside of work, Destinee enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and reading.
