Nikita Brown

Nikita is a 2008 graduate of Springs Valley High School and a proud alumna of both the Orange County Community Leadership Program and the Indiana Bankers Association’s Leadership Development Program. She has been with Springs Valley Bank & Trust Company since 2013, beginning her career in the Deposits Department and transitioning into her current role as Treasury Management Manager in 2023.

With a strong background in banking and leadership, Nikita is passionate about helping clients streamline their financial operations through effective treasury solutions. Her dedication to customer service and process improvement makes her a valued member of the Springs Valley team.

Nikita resides in French Lick with her husband, Zach, and their two sons, Cutler and Carston. She is an active member of Elon Christian Church and Tri Kappa of French Lick. She also serves on the boards of Orange County Habitat for Humanity and the Paoli Chamber of Commerce. In her free time, Nikita enjoys traveling to new destinations and spending quality time with her family.
