Chelsey graduated from Springs Valley High School in 2007 with Academic Honors. In 2012 she graduated from Vincennes University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary & Special Education. Chelsey was a 2011 Recipient of the Golden Deeds Award and a 2019 graduate of the Orange County Community Leadership Program. She is a member of Tri-Kappa Sorority in French Lick, PEO Sisterhood, and the Daughters of the American Revolution.
