“Springs Valley Bank & Trust names Chelsey Bell as Banking Center Manager of the Valley Banking Center”

Springs Valley Bank & Trust Company names Chelsey Bell, Banking Center Manager of the Valley Banking Center. Chelsey began her banking career with Springs Valley in 2011 as a Teller. In 2018, she accepted a Universal Banker position. In her extended role, she will oversee the day to day operations of the Banking Center.

“I am honored and excited to begin this new journey with Springs Valley,” said Chelsey. “I look forward to continuing to serve and meet the financial needs of our community.”

Chelsey graduated from Springs Valley High School in 2007 with Academic Honors. She graduated from Vincennes University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary & Special Education. Chelsey was the 2011 Recipient of the Golden Deeds Award and 2019 graduate of the Orange County Community Leadership Program.
She is a member of Tri-Kappa in French Lick, PEO Sisterhood, Daughters of the American Revolution, Restoration Christian Church, and a Gymnastics instructor at Elevate Recreation & Gymnastics. Chelsey resides in French Lick with companion, Matt Allen. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
