Springs Valley Bank & Trust Company names Cara Cote, Human Resource Manager. Cara began her banking career with Springs Valley in 2015 as a Personal Banker. In 2019, she transitioned to the Operations Specialist, and in 2021 she became HR Specialist. Cara is a 2011 graduate of Springs Valley High School in French Lick, Indiana. She then went on to earn her Esthetician license from Ideal Beauty Academy. On May 2, 2025, Cara completed the Graduate School of Banking Human Resource Management School. Cara currently resides in Paoli, Indiana with her husband, Matt, and two children, Lilly and Amelia.
